CustomDelegationHandlerWrapper	If a published soap-sts instance supports OnBehalfOf/ActAs tokens (i.e. delegation relationships), then the associated soap-sts configuration supports the ability to specify a custom org.apache.cxf.sts.token.delegation.TokenDelegationHandler implementation(s) which are responsible for approving/validating the ActAs/OnBehalfOf token.
DefaultTokenDelegationHandler	In order to issue SAML2 assertions with SenderVouches SubjectConfirmation, a STS must be consumed in a gateway deployment, in which the direct STS client (the gateway) is acting on-behalf-of the original client.
TokenDelegationHandlersProvider	Returns a List of TokenDelegationHandler instances which will be invoked when delegated tokens are encountered in the issue operation (due to the presence of ActAs or OnBehalfOf elements).
