Sends the XACML query to specifiied PDP, gets the policy decision and sends it back to the Fedlet

request - HTTP Servlet Request

pepEntityID - PEP entity ID

pdpEntityID - PDP entity ID

nameIDValue - NameID value

serviceName - Service Name

resource - Resource URL

action - Action

the String object

SAML2Exception - if the operation is not successful
