HiddenValueCallback	Adds a hidden value callback so that the login form can return values that the are not visually rendered on the page.
NameValueOutputCallback
ScriptTextOutputCallback	Adds script inclusion functionality to the TextOutputCallback so that we can differentiate scripts from normal textual information types (information, warning, error).
